Gnarly Knots Pretzel Company was founded in 2010 by an artist and a musician looking to do something a little different with food.  Hustling through the Farmers Market grind, they were able to prove the product’s demand and opened a spot in Winfield in 2013.  Since then, it’s been a whirlwind of rolling and baking!  It’s been our privilege to serve up the best, most unique pretzels in our area.  Our doctrine is simple: Everything fresh and delicious every time.  We don’t cut corners when it comes to taste and this has served us well for the past 12 years!
